Caffeine Can Help
Caffeine, you drink it every day in your coffee or your soda. Almost 50 percent of Americans drink coffee. When you think of coffee, you think of energy. In the past, it has been said to be a cause of high blood pressure and can increase cancer. However, now the consensus has changed. There have been studies that have show that caffeine may actually stop the growth of cancer, or prevent cancer in some people. In these studies it suggests that caffeine can also reduce the risk of Parkinson’s by almost 80 percent. The results also showed that people who drink five to six cups of coffee each day, or use caffeine supplements or powder, reduces men’s risk of diabetes by 50 percent, and women’s diabetes by 30 percent.
Drinking coffee has its benefits, but using a caffeine powder can deliver a faster energy boost than a coffee can. The financial benefits are there as well, it doesn't take much of the concentrated powder to give you the energy of that one cup of coffee, and you can add it to anything from a drink to food, to letting it dissolve on your tongue. There have even been studies on using caffeine directly on your skin, then exposed to ultraviolet radiation. It was proven to actually shrink cancer tumors in over 70 percent of patients, and even worked on non-cancerous tumors as well, shrinking 40 percent!!
When drinking coffee, it’s best to have three to five cups per day. It has been proven if you drink this much it can help in shrinking tumors. The caffeine is effective because of its ability to block tumor growth from the protein called ATR. This is a protein that is part of cell growth and is part of DNA and in replication. So, drinking coffee can benefit you in energy and in fighting cancer.
Although five cups of coffee seems like a lot to drink, some do drink that much. There is an easier way to get the energy from caffeine, and not be limited to coffee only. Powdered caffeine can be added to food and other drink as a way to get the caffeine you need, and have a variety of ways to get it. However, there are some dangers to over use of caffeine, it can increase your heart rate, cause insomnia, and even increase your cholesterol. Children and pregnant women should not use caffeine, and people with heart issues should not as well. Caffeine gives us energy, and in some cases is a benefit to our health. It must be used with care, and in moderation.

Caffeine is a no no for me but I see people around me use it to what I consider to excess. I guess they are helping instead of hurting themselves. I would have to say the people who live with me won't get cancer, they all drink about twelve cups a day. Another side to this coin, everyone I know who died from cancer didn't use caffeine in any form.
